Spreading over the hills & valleys of southern Burgundy are vineyards of Domaine Fabrice Larochette. Fabrice’s family has been farming this land of clay and limestone soils for generations. Eschewing oak barrels — Fabrice believes they get in the way of the Chardonnay’s pure expression — the winery produces white wines of verve and personality.
