Domaine Tour Boisée

The family estate of the Domaine Tour Boisée (“wooded tower”) dates back to 1826.  The name refers to a 12th-century tower on the family property, which in antiquity formed part of the fortifications for the village of Laure Minervois.  Now the winery is in the hands of Marie-Claude & Jean-Louis Poudou.  Over time, the family has taken care to preserve the finest old grape varieties, while also updating and improving the vineyards.  Always conscientious of ecology, the winery has been certified organic since the 2013 vintage.

Varietal percentages in these blended wines will vary year by year, depending on the conditions and strengths of each vintage.
